This simple little treats make great snacks but are also good to use as edible gifts for your friends.


  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Decorations and Colours


  • Baking Trays
  • Mixer
  • Scales

Very simple to create

  • Separate your egg whites as that is all you need for this
  • Weigh your egg whites and then also weigh out twice that amount of sugar
  • Warm your sugar in the oven at 200 c for 5 minutes while also whipping your egg whites
  • add the sugar slowly to the egg whites, and then continue to whip for 15-20 minutes or until smooth
  • Pipe onto baking trays and decorate
  • Place in an oven at 100 c for 30 minutes
  • Cool and Enjoy
